cebu: Honda Jazz 1.3 model
Honda Jazz is one of my favorite cars when it comes to customization and lesser fuel consumption. This vehicle was introduced in the Philippines some time ago when Petron, one of the largest oil provider in the Philippines, made its first TV commercial which features Honda Jazz. The commercial portrays the ability of these light vehicle to efficiently consume fuel in the long travel which definitely could save money for anyone who bought it.
I've read on reviews and forums about Honda Jazz and its fuel consumption feature. Most of the things that I've found out tells about the efficiency of the vehicle, some how to tips for less fuel consumptions which vary on many factors that includes the proper stepping of the gas pedal, speed, and passengers or load. Though most vehicles could save fuel by following those tips but Honda Jazz already has it and following those tips would add fuel efficiency - already an advantage.
Another best thing of this baby is that you can dress it up or customize the look the way you want it to - Make it a little bit lowered, add spoilers, custom paints and a little boost of sound makes it one hot baby in the road. Honda Jazz Small Car India: Price, Features, Specifications
Honda SIEL on Wednesday- 10th June 09, launched its much-awaited premium hatchback Jazz in India. Honda SIEL has finally taken the wraps off the Honda Jazz hatchback in Delhi. This is a first car after the joint venture between Honda and the Siel group.
Speaking on the occasion, Masahiro Takedagawa, president and CEO, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd, said, "The Honda Jazz is a segment-defining car and is loaded with all the values that are associated with Honda. The Jazz will cater to a unique group of people who want the latest and most stylish models with the best of technology, safety and practicality in their car."Honda Siel Cars India has built up a reputation for building cars that people want. They began with the City, and moved on to the Accord and then the Civic. They've set their sights on bigger numbers now, which means they’ve got only one way to go: smaller cars. Enter the Jazz, which Honda hopes will play its part in increasing their share in the Indian market.
The spacious hatchback will come with a single engine option for now - the techno-laden 1.2-litre SOHC iVTEC powerplant. The engine is good for a class-leading 90PS of power and 110Nm of torque. Despite this, Honda's techno-wizardry makes this a very frugal powerplant too - we haven't tested it yet, only driven it, but ARAI certifies it to be in the region of 16 kmpl. Utilitarian aspects of the car are key too, and the Jazz offers the advantages of hatchback compactness with near-sedan space. The Honda Jazz is equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The shift action is light, smooth and very direct thanks to the adoption of carbon-fibre synchronizers. Steering the car through city traffic or speedy corners is a delight too with a perfectly weighted steering wheel that is neither over-servoed nor of the rubbery wishy-washy kinds.

Honda Jazz: Honda's Small Car to roll out in India Soon
Honda has been toying with the idea of launching its small car model in India, which is the largest small car market in the world. Now the company looks serious to put its plans into action by introducing Jazz or Fit as it is called in some of the overseas markets. The company has also been encouraged by the lower excise duty on the small cars in the country and has finally decided to introduce its small cars which sports trendy looks and packs plenty of power.
Under the Hood:
The Honda manufacturing unit in Greater Noida in Delhi will roll out three different variants of Honda Jazz. These variants will be GLi, VTi and the fully loaded VTi-S. The model features at the Auto Expo 2008 sported a 1200cc VTEC engine. The car has a uni-body construction that includes MacPherson Struts upfront and a torsion beam suspension layout at the rear. The Indian version of Jazz will have electric power steering, 14 inch wheels with an option of 15 inch wheels along with a front stabilizer bar. The overseas models of Jazz are powered with 1.5L VTEC engines; the Indian version is expected to have a smaller engine as shown during the Auto Expo but shall deliver equally dutiful performance.
